Refund Policy

We want you to love your Shoreline Wood piece. If you are not satisfied for any reason, including a change of mind, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free: we pay the return shipping.

Return Conditions

• Request your return within 30 days of delivery.
• The item should be unused and in the condition you received it, in its original packaging if possible.
• Include your order number with your request.

Free Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for every return. Once your request is accepted, we email you a prepaid return shipping label. Pack the item, attach the label and drop the parcel off with the carrier. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you pay nothing for shipping.

Natural Wood

Every Shoreline Wood piece is made by hand from natural wood. Natural differences in grain, color and knots are normal and are not considered defects.

Refunds

We process your refund within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. The full price of the item is refunded, and you pay no shipping costs.

• PayPal orders: refunded to your PayPal account.
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer or by check sent to your address, as you prefer.

How to Request a Return

Email contact@shorelinwood.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply within one business day with your prepaid return label.
