We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your Shoreline Wood order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it.
Cancellation Period
Cancellation requests must be sent within 12 hours after the order is placed. If your request arrives in time, we cancel the order and you are not charged. If you paid with PayPal, the full amount is refunded to your PayPal account.
After 12 hours
After 12 hours, your order may already be packed or shipped and can no longer be cancelled. You can still return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.
